Inactivity Fee

At Trojan Markets, we believe in the importance of active participation and engagement in the forex markets. To ensure a vibrant trading environment and encourage regular trading activities, we have implemented an inactivity fee policy.

Accounts with no trading activity for over 30 calendar days will be deemed dormant by the Company. The 30-day period commences from the first day following the lapse of the initial 30-day period during which no transactions were executed. 

The Company will not impose charges on trading accounts with zero balances. As a result, the Company retains the option to close all accounts with a zero balance, and clients will receive notifications through the platform and/or via email.

Avoiding Inactivity Fees:

To avoid incurring inactivity fees on our platform, we encourage you to regularly engage in trading activities. By actively participating in trading, you can take advantage of trading opportunities, stay updated on market trends, and make informed trading decisions. Maintaining an active presence will not only help you avoid fees but also enhance your overall trading experience.
